HSC Encompass

The Health and Social Care Board asked us to create an animated explainer video to explain the multiple benefits that digital transformation will have for healthcare services in Northern Ireland and the UK. Encompass will allow all those providing care to share patient records to improve services and create a paperlight work place. Doublejump consulted with the HSC to understand not only the technical ability of the software but also the effects of its introduction to existing staff. We crafted a friendly and approachable style that could be used across a campaign to invite people to watch the video and to understand that the changes were to make their jobs a little easier and more efficient. The campaign was rolled out UK wide and received excellent feedback from staff and management.
