Spark & Grow

Teams that are growing often need best in class ERP technology to manage their HR and Finance operations but this can feel out of reach for smaller organisations as their are financial barriers and changing your current systems is overwhelming. That's where spark and grow from Kainos comes in - helping to onboard new customers to Workday's platform in an affordable way. 

Our task was to explain the benefits of Kainos' Spark and Grow programme to potential customers. Showing real life use cases was important as well as highlighting the key features and benefits so we opted to use live action shots augmented with motion graphics to illustrate how Spark and Grow works. We created a clean simple look that adhered to the Kainos brand and re-created and animated the UI element from scratch to give the viewer a taste of how the software looks and operates.
